Warren D. Kissin
Warren is an Advisory Partner at Hertz Herson and has over 35 years of experience, including 28 years with the firm. He previously served as Managing Partner for over 15 years. Warren counsels clients in a variety of industries including manufacturing, importing, service providers, and financial services. He has written many articles over the course of his career including, “Cross Border Mergers and Acquisitions” in the Journal of Business Strategy, “Tax Reform Impact on Mergers & Acquisitions” in Barron’s, and “Auditing Small Business” in the Journal of Accountancy. Warren is active within numerous charities and professional organizations throughout the New York metropolitan area. In addition to his activities, Warren has served as an adjunct professor at the New York Institute of Finance where he taught accounting and financial modeling.
